HR & Admin Officer - Manuchar Pakistan
The Duties shall consist of but are not limited to:
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5. Develop & Assist in training and development programs
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
10. Be responsible for the ManuCare Project
11. Manage the Administration of the Head Office
12. Manage local procurement
13. Assist in designing overall HR strategy through up-to-date industry knowledge
14. Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct in dealing with employees, customers and government officials
15. Lead and execute the hiring process of Field Assistants in the assigned region
16. Demonstrate leadership for all the company employees based out of Pakistan
