ESG Reporting Specialist

Your Role

As an ESG Reporting Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our ESG reporting strategy. You will ensure that we comply with the latest CSRD regulations, fulfill our sustainability ambitions, and report transparently to stakeholders. You will collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG reporting into our operational and financial processes and oversee the quality and reliability of ESG data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor the ESG reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with CSRD, the EU Taxonomy, and CSDDD.
  • Coordinate audit and control processes to ensure ESG reports meet quality and legal requirements.
  • Manage and analyze ESG data and develop automated tools and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Procurement, and Compliance for accurate and timely data collection.
  • Improve processes and policies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of ESG reporting.
  • Monitor ESG risks and prepare risk assessment reports.
  • Stay up to date with regulations and trends in ESG reporting and translate them into business strategy.

 

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in ESG reporting, sustainability and project management.
  • In-depth expertise in ESG standards such as CSRD, GRI, TCFD, and SASB.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proactive, and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience with ESG risk assessment, audit concepts, and data management is desired!
